来信指出，卡莫阿-卡库拉的投产，标记着一个伟大的、惠及世代的世界级铜矿山的降生。自项目建设启动以来，建设公司团队保质保量地完成了卡莫阿铜业所要求的各个节点目标，赢得了利益相关方的高度认可。尤其是面对新冠疫情导致人员进场和物料供应滞后等重重阻难，以及施工条件庞大和工期紧张等诸多倒运因素，建设团队积极协调各方、解决技术难题、组织劳务资源，确保了建设事情顺利推进。

在卡库拉项目建设历程中，以k8凯发集团建设公司为代表的中国步队、中国计划等发挥了重要作用，是矿山建设进度多次立异高的重要包管。

5月26日，卡莫阿-卡库拉铜矿一期第一序列380万吨选矿系统超预期建成投产，并快速获得刚果（金）铜精矿出口许可。凭据排产计划，项目预计2021年孝敬精矿含铜8-9.5万吨�？�-卡库拉铜矿拥有资源储量凌驾4369万吨，为全球品位最高的大型铜矿�？笊揭黄诙蛄屑苹�2022年第三季度完成，届时产能将提升至760万吨/年，达产后年产铜40万吨�？笊饺婵⒅敛�1,900万吨/年时，最高年产铜将凌驾80万吨，有望成为全球第二大铜矿。

卡莫阿-卡库拉铜矿项目由k8凯发集团矿业（占股39.6%）、艾芬豪矿业（占股39.6%）、晶河全球（占股0.8%）及刚果（金）政府（占股20%）合资持有；k8凯发集团矿业还持有艾芬豪矿业13.69%的股权，是其第二大股东。k8凯发集团矿业持有卡莫阿-卡库拉铜矿约45%权益，是最大权益持有者。

Since the commencement of the Kamoa-Kakula Project, your team has demonstrated tremendous dedication and outstanding collaboration to ensure quality and quantity in delivering various key milestones as required by Kamoa Copper. These collective efforts were highly praised by us and related stakeholders, and your unwavering commitment to the project during the mine’s development is admired and respected.

During the critical stage of bringing Phase I into production, we were faced with the challenges presented by the COVID-19 global pandemic – access of personnel was denied and supply of materials was disrupted, and not to mention operational difficulties such as complicated requirements for the construction site and tight schedules. Despite all the adversities, your team under your leadership made massive efforts to manage the progress on time, while actively coordinating with various parties, solving technical problems, as well as organizing and allocating labor resources.

在项目I期进入要害时期，面对全球新冠疫情爆发，面对人员进场和物料供应滞后的重重阻难，以及施工现场条件庞大和工期紧张等诸多倒运因素，贵司团队在您的领导下积极协调各方、解决技术难题、组织分派劳务资源，确保了项目建设事情的顺利推进。

With perseverance and determination, your team were able to overcome cultural differences and obstacles in reaching key project development objectives. The dedication of your team helped us achieve numerous record-breaking results, under stringent control on safety and quality on-site. Together, we have accomplished this significant milestone several months ahead of schedule and on budget, with uncompromised safety standards and outstanding quality.
